- Prior to joining Action iT, Louisa worked for the Department of Correctional Services for approximately ten years, where she concluded her services as the Provincial Head: Correctional Supervision for the Mpumalanga Province, overseeing the Correctional Supervision Offices within the Mpumalanga Province. Her other duties included correctional supervision and rehabilitation of criminal offenders educating them in life, business, and entrepreneurial skills.
