The Employee Assist module facilitates the management of employee master data required to effectively manage the individual performance management process of the employees in the organisation.

1Overview of Employee Information Management Module
The Employee Assist Module acts as a repository of all the Employee information that is required to run the Individual Performance management processes of the organisation. The information managed includes personal details, department, job title, posts, manager, job history, job grade, skills and proficiencies, where they fit into the organigram etc.
2 The working of the Employee Assist module:
Risk Assist
  • Step 1

    - The Module Administrator defines all the module setups, Lists to be used and User Accesses;

  • Step 2

    - Users, whom have been granted +New access, are able to add Add Employees(s) Add Employee related information, and Add Posts that are required for individual performance management;

  • Step 3

    - Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to delete / deactivate Employee related information and Posts;

  • Step 4

    - Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to deactivate / terminate Employees;

  • Step 5

    - Users, whom have been granted +View access, are able to view the employee data captured and to run reports;

  • The availability of an online Employee Register.
