The Employee Assist module facilitates the management of employee master data required to effectively manage the individual performance management process of the employees in the organisation.

- The Module Administrator defines all the module setups, Lists to be used and User Accesses;

- Users, whom have been granted +New access, are able to add Add Employees(s) Add Employee related information, and Add Posts that are required for individual performance management;

- Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to delete / deactivate Employee related information and Posts;

- Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to deactivate / terminate Employees;

- Users, whom have been granted +View access, are able to view the employee data captured and to run reports;
- The availability of an online Employee Register.
- The Employee Assist module facilitates the management of data across multiple financial years.
- The organisation is able to build the organogram of the organisation within the module.
- Employee information can be imported into the system.
- Additional employee data can be imported into the system.
- Reports can be generated on screen or exported as a formatted sheet or as plain text.
