
Activities Library
The Activities Library Module acts as a repository of a central repository of all the required job activities per sub-function of the municipality. The information contained in the module can assist users to obtain a better understanding of the actions required to be taken to ensure that the deliverables of the sub-function can be achieved

- The Module Administrator defines all the module setups, Lists to be used and User Accesses;

- Users, whom have been granted +New access, are able to add Functions, Sub-Functions and Actions to Sub-Functions;

- Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to edit Functions, Sub-Functions and Actions to Sub-Functions;

- Users, whom have been granted +Edit access, are able to delete / deactivate Functions, Sub-Functions and Actions to Sub-Functions;

- Users, whom have been granted access are able to view the view document and generate reports;
- The availability of an online Activities Register;
- The module allows for the management of job activities across multiple financial years;
- Job activities can be copied from one year to another year;
- The module allows for the import of Functions, Sub-Functions, Key Performance Areas, and Actions;
- The module allows for the export of Functions, Sub-Functions, Key Performance Areas, and Actions;
- The applicable Functions and Sub-Functions within the organisation can be configured in the module by the organisation;
- The organisation can capture all the default Actions, using the SMART Principles, that must be undertaken and assigned to each Sub-function in the module;
- Functionality for the module administrator to define and manage user access as required by the organisation;
- Functionality for the module administrator to define all the client specific defaults for the module;
- The organisation can add unlimited Functions and Sub-Functions to the module;
- The organisation can add unlimited Actions to each Sub-function created in the module;
- Easy, user friendly update process;
- Standard audit trail reporting where all activity on the tool is logged and time-stamped.
- High level of organisational customisation in defining the module setups to meet the organisations own business requirements;
- Job activities can be linked to organisational and / or Individual performance indicators;
- Job activity data is kept in the database for future reference and reporting purposes;
